Do you do custom orders?
Simple Answer? Possibly.
Actual Answer? We are happy to take custom orders for 3D Prints, Wands and Dice Potions. Depending on the time of the year and our show schedule, we may not be able to fulfill your custom order right away. Please feel free to ask and we can chat.
How long will it take my order to ship?
Order processing is 5 business days. Shipping time is additional for continental US, and quite a bit more for international orders. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
What do the potions taste like?
We don’t know and you should NOT try to find out. Our potions are not meant to be consumed. All potions are securely sealed and not meant to be opened.
Safety Disclaimer
Our decorative potions are for display purposes only and are not intended for human consumption. While most ingredients are non-toxic, some formulations may include alternative bases such as oils or alcohols that can be harmful if ingested. Each potion is securely sealed to prevent accidental opening.
How long will they continue to change color?
Our color‑change potions are designed to settle and transform beautifully when shaken, and this effect continues indefinitely. To keep them at their best, they need a little attention.
Shake regularly: Pick them up and give them a shake from time to time.
Avoid long storage without use: If left untouched for extended periods (such as a year in storage), the pigment may congeal and lose its fluid effect.
Seasonal decorations: If you’re purchasing these for a holiday or other seasonal displays, remember they’ll need occasional attention even while packed away.
With regular handling, your potion will stay lively and continue to enchant for years to come.
Do they need any special care?
To keep your potions looking their best, please keep in mind:
Direct sunlight: Extended exposure can cause pigments to fade or behave unpredictably. A bright room is fine but avoid placing bottles on windowsills or shelves with direct sun.
Temperature extremes: Excessive heat or cold may damage the wax seals or even stress the glass. Store your potions indoors at a stable room temperature.
Glow‑in‑the‑dark & light‑up potions: These varieties need to be periodically recharged in sunlight to maintain their luminous effect.
With proper care, your potions will remain vibrant and enchanting for years to come.
Shipping Policy
Processing time: Orders ship within 5 business days after payment is received.
Shipping method: We use USPS Priority Mail whenever the shipping charge covers it.
Combined shipping: Charges are calculated based on the total weight of your potions.
Refunds for overages: On larger orders, shipping may occasionally overcharge. In those cases, we’ll refund the excess.
Multiple purchases: If you place multiple orders to the same address within a day or two and you have not yet gotten a tracking email, message us and we’ll do our best to box them together and refund any extra shipping costs.
Protective wrapping: Each bottle is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and/or honeycomb paper to ensure safe delivery. We prioritize secure packaging over decorative packaging.
Cold weather warning: In freezing temperatures, potions left in mailboxes or outdoors may freeze. Like all liquids, they expand when frozen, which can cause bottles to break.
Customer responsibility: If ordering during colder months, please bring your package inside promptly upon delivery to prevent damage.
Do you offer returns?
If you receive your item and it is damaged in any way, please contact us immediately with pictures so we can do our best to rectify the situation.
